In cooperation with the Kosovo Council for Financial Reporting (KCFR), Tax Administration of Kosovo (TAK) have prepared the Action Plan to implement the obligations arising from the Cooperation Agreement, as they organized a seminar for tax inspectors with the topic: Reporting Financial Statements according to the Law on Accounting, Financial Reporting and Audit.

As defined in the Agreement, representatives of the KCFR conducted the first seminar for tax inspectors from the Large Taxpayers Department, Regional Offices Prishtina 1, 2 and 3.

The purpose of this seminar was to inform the tax inspectors regarding the requirements arising from 2-002the Law on Accounting, Financial Reporting and Audit, as well as the requirements under relevant Administrative Instructions.

Tax inspectors were informed in detail of the work methodology within the tax inspection, the inspection will be included on the level of fulfilment of the requirements of the Law on Accounting, Financial Reporting and Audit.

Pursuant to the Agreement in question, KCFR will continue with seminars in other TAK Regional Offices, and by the end of the year, KCFR will inform all tax inspectors about requirements under the Law on Accounting, Financial Reporting and Audit.
